Brilliant Waters Yoga offers group classes and individual instruction to students in the west metro area of the Twin Cities. Classes are taught by Kenneth J. Pronovici, RYT-200. Ken first began practicing yoga in 2005, and took up a more serious practice starting in 2014 under teacher Peter Willcox. He took his RYT training at the Devanadi School of Yoga and Wellness in Minneapolis, where he studied primarily under ParaYoga® instructors Tanya Boigenzahn, Chanti Tacoronte-Perez, and Hollace Masino.
Ken holds a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Marquette University in Milwaukee, and works professionally as a software engineer. He teaches Hatha yoga in his spare time. He especially enjoys helping beginners of any age find their way into a safe, fulfilling practice that is meaningful to them. In Ken's classes, the focus is on breath, awareness, alignment, and deliberate movement. He incorporates meditation and pranayama in addition to the physical practice of asana.
